Therapeutic Life Map Sessions help individuals explore and reflect on key life experiences in a safe, creative, and non-linear way. What’s Included:
50-minute 1:1 guided sessions (online or in-person)
Creative tools like mapping, themes, drawing, and visual prompts
Trauma-informed, person-led, and strengths-based approach
Specialist supervision for practitioners working in therapeutic, care, social work, education, and creative fields particularly those working with children and young people impacted by trauma.

A reflective, safe space to explore your practice, challenges, and development
